Windswept: Gust (LMB) applies and refreshes Windswept, which amplifies additional Gust hits and can be detonated by his other damaging abilities. Hitting Second Wind on a Windswept enemy deals double damage and refreshes the mark. Replenish: Hitting a Windswept target with Gust (LMB) reduces Heal Blast (RMB) charge duration by 1s. Detonating Windswept refreshes one charge of Heal Blast.
