With full build, you get around >30% Ability Haste.

Core part of the build is @Sunweaver -- you can proc this item A LOT

Bread and butter burst combo is:

RMB -> Spam LMB as you're coming down to do ranged LMB attack (SW proc)
Dash forward (if you haven't used it yet) and spam tap LMBs (SW proc and dash gives you extra LMB attack speed)
Q (tree) LMB Q (cyclone) LMB (2x SW procs)
At this point, you can reset out, or you can R -> LMB -> RMB -> LMB for all-in
