Before we begin, I'm not the best Carbine in the world I know it, I just wanted to show some intel and informations I have for the new players. The build might change if the meta evolve.

DISCLAIMER : The @Ardent Songbow is not a legendary item, but a epic one.

For this build we gonna consider that every GRIPS, RELICS and KICKS are 1 STARS

THE GRIPS :

@Trigger Fingers > 10% Primary attack speed, Carbine focuses on landing his primary to get the more damage possible, it was an obvious choice for me, moreover it also reduce the reload time of your PRIMARY.
@Rabbit Paw > 15% movement speed + 15% dash haste Carbine get value from his dashes because it empowers his PRIMARY + the fact that you get more mobility which can be used to chase people or to engage and disengage quickly.

Other possibilities for the GRIPS ? You can also get the @Chrono Gauge to reduce your cooldown and use more of your other abilities like %Percussive Burst and %Shocktrap Drone .

THE RELICS :

DISCLAIMER: I will not talk about the activable ones, there are all good, you have to make choices based on your playstyle.

@Ardent Songbow THE MOST POWERFUL RELIC IN THE GAME ATM, kinda hard to get cause it's epic but if you have it just use it. It will help you use more of your other abilities and it's really easy to use on Carbine cause he spams his PRIMARY. Side note the effect of the item does not work in the practice range.
@Black Rose > More PRIMARY damage is really good, but you have your range reduced, so you can pair it with the @Longclaw Optics to compensate the effect, more on that if you know how to play and you are good with Carbine you can switch up the @Trigger Fingers.

Other possibilities for the RELICS ? Yes, but only for the @Black Rose cause the @Ardent Songbow is too strong to be replaced.

So, you can go for a lot of choices actually, it will depend on your playstyle :

@Harmonic Edge > more value on PRIMARY of course.

@Refractor > I need more testing on that one but obviously PRIMARY.

@Last Bite > Omnivamp below 60% health, there is a lot of situtation where this item can save you, Carbine is a skirmisher, so he will get the most out of that item most of the time, and it give you more survivability in and between fights.

@Sunweaver > Good use of the PRIMARY, but the damages that you get from it are not that good. But the item is not that rare so easy to get, it's up to you and what you got in your ARMORY.

@Vive Infusor > The best blue for Carbine in my opinion, if you don't have the others choices, you will do a lot fo dashes in fight, you can easiy turn the balance to your advantage thanks to that.

THE KICKS :

@Rocket High-Tops > 15 movement speed + 25% dash speed The best kicks in my opinion for Carbine atm, the movement speed is always cool to have but were those kicks really is with the 25% dash speed, why, you can engage faster, disengage as fast and chase people or run away from the fights.

Of course if you don't have the @Rocket High-Tops there is two other options, the @Bloodlust Boots for a blue one the problem of that will be that in between fights it don't get that much value, the other possibily will be the @Feystriders those ones are pretty good too and are only a green item so not that hard to get, adn the stats on it will help you do more dashes.

THE PERKS :

I've only put the 4 most important to me, the fifth one is up to you and what you prefer, I've also put them in order of importance so let's review them quicly.

@Swiftness > 5% dash haste of course we want to use more of our dashes to escape the fights or engage them.
@Amplified Speed > 6.7 movement speed it's more a comfy thing to have but the difference is there, you are more mobile, so once again you can engage or disengage easily.
@Amplified Haste > 5% ability haste Lesser cooldowns on your others abilities is good, paired with @Ardent Songbow and you are really good with it.
@Amplified Omnivamp > 2.7% omnivamp some will say it's not that much, but Carbine does a lot of damage on his PRIMARY so we get a bit value from it, I think it will shine better paired with the @Last Bite RELIC because more omnivamp is always good.

CONCLUSION ?

So, thanks for reading my super long thread about Carbine, once again the things I've said might be wrong and I'm not the best Carbine player in the world so I'm just trying to give my take on what I think is meta for him.

I might change some things in the future, or not I don't really know, I'm open to any proposition in the comments if it's help the build and the player base to get better.
