Hi guys!

For this build, you need to get ASAP @Essence Reaper then @Rampager. With essence reaper, you will gain more Max health. And max health will impact @Essence Reaper, @Rampager . @Gorger Talons for omni vamp and @Titanic Bond for even more max health.

For this build, i recommand to get @Essence Reaper and @Rampager in priority if you dont have a lot of golds. @Amplified Mana, @Regenerative Armor and @Armor Shredder can come later. (You may need mana in fight be carefull if you cant get the perk). Then a bit of ability haste with @Amplified Haste and @Heal Booster wich will boost your omnivamp and heal.

Note: If you have exotic perks like @Celerity @Hyperhaste , i take those and remove @Heal Booster first then @Amplified Haste .

If you can have damages perks like @Corrosion @Combustion @Brilliance @Devastation , i remove first @Armor Shredder then @Heal Booster then @Amplified Haste

If you have @Infinity , remove @Amplified Mana .

if you have @Autorepair then remove @Regenerative Armor and if you can take @Resilience then remove @Autorepair .
